We ask you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. Any dispute which may arise over privacy will be subject to this policy and the provisions of English law.

Excorian Global Search may collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your e-mail address) and other relevant information from your CV. This information is held, used and disclosed by us as follows:

  2. to maintain our business relationship, where you are a client or candidate;
  3. to enable you to submit your CV for specific jobs
  4. to fulfil contractual obligations with our clients. This will involve your personal information

being made accessible by or transferred or duplicated to our client.

Security of your personal data

We have implemented technologies and policies with the objective of protecting your privacy from unauthorised access and improper use.

We will hold your data for 12 months after it was last used. After 12 months of non-usage if you do not indicate to us that you wish your details to be retained on our database, we will archive your account.
